Wholesale Policies

Wholesale Buyers/Retail Stores

Effective: July 24, 2023
ORDERS:  Orders can be placed through our wholesale tab on our website, www.tugtees.com, by phone or email.  Please do not order if you are an Amazon Retailer, please email us directly beforehand.

MINIMUM ORDER:  Minimum orders are $250.  If you are a returning customer, please contact us for lesser quantities.

SHIPPING:  Wholesale orders are shipped within 2-7 business days.  If any items are out of stock due to inventory, we may hold the order and ship complete within a reasonable time.  We will notify you.

PAYMENT:  Payment is due at time of ordering.

RETURNS:  All sales are final, however, if we sent the wrong item, we will arrange for return shipping and for shipping the replacements.  Please contact us through email, info@tugtees.com.

We will not accept retail customer returns or exchanges that originate from the retail store.

We will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to you.  Please email us with any issue.

BACKORDERS:  We try hard to ship complete, however, supply chain issues sometimes happen.  We will contact you if there is any issue with your order.

CONSIGNMENT:  We do not consign our inventory.

TAXES:  You are responsible for paying your own taxes.  Wholesale buyers must submit a reseller’s agreement with resale number and/or tax ID as appropriate for your business location.

By purchasing inventory from Tug Tees for your retail location, and by your signature below, you acknowledge our policies and our right to discontinue servicing your account at our discretion.
